I. General Concepts
- Regulations – these regulations

- Service Provider – the company
- Service User – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via email (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
- The Regulations define the rules of operation and use of the Service and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Service Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
- The subject of the Service Provider’s services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, allowing Service Users access to content in the form of posts, articles, and audiovisual materials or web applications and electronic forms.
- All possible contents, articles, and information containing features of tips or advice published within the Service are only a general collection of information and are not directed to individual Service Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by the Service Users.
- The Service User takes full responsibility for the way of using materials made available within the Service, including using them in accordance with applicable laws.
- The Service Provider does not provide any guarantee as to the suitability of the materials placed on the Service.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for any damages incurred by the Service Users or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks associated with the use of the Service, and in particular with the use and utilization of information placed on the Service, are borne by the Service User using the Service.
III. Terms of Using the Service
- Using the Service by each of the Service Users is free of charge and voluntary.
- Service Users are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Regulations and other documents constituting its integral part and must accept its provisions in full in order to continue using the Service.
- Service Users may not use any personal data obtained in the Service for marketing purposes.
- Technical requirements for using the Service:
- device with a display enabling viewing of web pages,
- internet connection,
- any web browser that displays web pages in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports web pages provided in HTML5,
- enabled JavaScript script support,
- enabled Cookie file support
- To ensure the safety of the Service Provider, Service Users, and other Service Users using the Service, all Service Users using the Service should follow the generally accepted internet safety rules,
- Actions performed personally by Service Users or with the use of software are prohibited:
- without written consent, decompilation, and analysis of the source code,
- without written consent, causing excessive server load of the Service,
- without written consent, attempts to detect security vulnerabilities in the Service and server configuration,
- attempting to upload or inject into the server and database code, scripts, and software that could harm the Service software, other Service Users or the Service Provider,
- attempting to upload or inject into the server and database code, scripts, and software that could track or steal data from Service Users or the Service Provider,
- undertaking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service or preventing the realization of the purpose for which the Service operates.
- In the event of detecting the occurrence or potential possibility of a Cybersecurity incident or GDPR breach, Service Users should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem/threat and protect the interests of all Service Users.
IV. Terms and Conditions of Registration
- Service Users can use the Service without the need to register.
- Service Users must be registered and have an account on the Service to use additional services provided in the Service, available only to Service Users after logging in.
- Registration in the Service is voluntary.
- Registration in the Service is free of charge.
- Each Service User may have only one account in the Service.
- Technical requirements related to account registration:
- having an individual email account,
- By registering in the Service, Service Users agree to the processing of their personal data by the Service User to the extent that they have been entered into the Service during the registration process and their subsequent changes or deletion.
- The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete the accounts of Service Users at its discretion, thereby preventing or limiting access to individual or all services, content, materials, and resources of the Service, in particular if the Service User violates the Regulations, generally applicable legal regulations, principles of social coexistence or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Service Users, justified interest of the Service Provider and third parties cooperating or not with the Service Provider.
- All services of the Service may be changed as to their content and scope, added or removed, and may also be temporarily suspended or their access may be limited, according to the free decision of the Service Provider, without the possibility of objecting in this respect by the Service Users.
- Additional safety rules regarding the use of the account:
- It is prohibited for Service Users registered in the Service to share the login and password to their account with third parties.
- The Service Provider has no right and will never demand the password to the selected account from the Service User.
- Deleting an account:
- Each Service User having an account in the Service has the possibility to delete the account from the Service on their own.
- Service Users can do this after logging in to the panel in the Service.
- Deleting an account results in the deletion of all identification data of the Service User and anonymization of the username and email address.
V. Terms of Providing the Newsletter Service
- Service Users can use the Service without the need to subscribe to the Newsletter.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter service is voluntary.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter service is free of charge.
- Technical requirements related to the Newsletter service:
- having an individual email account,
- Conditions of providing the Newsletter service:
- providing in the electronic form an individual email account,
- verification of the provided email account by activating the link sent to it,
- consent to receive email notifications,
- Scope of the Newsletter service:
- notifying about new news, posts, competitions, and other promotional actions related to the services of the Service,
- notifying about promotional actions of the Service partners (Marketing messages),
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:
- Each Service User subscribed to the Newsletter service has the possibility to unsubscribe from the Service on their own.
- Service Users can do this via the link placed in each email message sent.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the deletion of the provided email address from the Service Provider’s database.
VI. Terms of Communication and Provision of Other Services in the Service
- The Service provides services and tools enabling Service Users to interact with the Service in the form of:
- Contact form
- Commenting on posts and articles
- The Service provides contact details in the form of:
- Email address
- In case of contact of the Service User with the Service Provider, the personal data of the Service Users will be processed in accordance with the „Privacy Policy„, constituting an integral part of the Regulations.
- Conditions for placing content by Service Users in the Service:
- It is prohibited to place in the Service content that is offensive or defamatory towards the Service Provider, other Service Users, third parties, and third entities,
- It is prohibited to place in the Service textual, graphic, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs, and other works for which the Service User does not have a license, or whose author of property rights has not consented to free publication,
- It is prohibited to place in the Service vulgar, pornographic, erotic content and content not in accordance with Polish and European law and links to pages containing the indicated content,
- It is prohibited to place in the Service scripts and programs excessively loading the server, illegal software, software used to breach security, and other similar actions and links to pages containing the indicated materials,
- It is prohibited to place in the Service marketing content and advertising other commercial services, products, services, or commercial websites
VII. Collecting Data about Service Users
In order to properly provide services by the Service, secure the legal interest of the Service Provider, and to ensure the compliance of the Service’s operation with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users through the Service.
To properly provide services, the Service uses and stores certain anonymous information about the Service User in cookies.
The scope, purposes, manner, and principles of data processing are available in the annexes to the Regulations: “GDPR Information Obligation” and in “Privacy Policy”, constituting an integral part of the Regulations.

To ensure the efficient operation of the Service and for statistics, we automatically collect certain data about the Service User. This data includes:- IP address

- Time spent on the relevant sub-page of the service

- Age
- Interests
The above data is obtained through the Google Analytics script and is anonymous.

VIII. Copyright
- The owner of the Service and copyright to the service is the Service Provider.
- Some of the data placed in the Service are protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties not related in any way to the Service Provider, and are used based on obtained licenses, or based on a free license.
- Based on the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright law, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, and store in search engine systems excluding Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn any articles, descriptions, photos, and all other content, graphic, video or audio materials found in the Service without the written consent or consent given through Electronic Communication of their legal owner.
- In accordance with the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright law, simple press information, understood as the information itself without the commentary and evaluation of its author, is not subject to protection. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts published in the service, but not copying whole or parts of articles unless it has been marked in the individual material made available in the Service.
IX. Changes to the Regulations
- All provisions of the Regulations may be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time, without stating reasons.
- Information about the change of the Regulations will be sent electronically to Service Users registered in the Service.
- In the event of a change in the Regulations, its provisions become effective immediately after its publication for Service Users not having an account in the Service.
- In the event of a change in the Regulations, its provisions come into effect with a 7-day transition period for Service Users having accounts in the Service registered before the change in the Regulations.
- It is considered that each Service User, continuing to use the Service after the change of the Regulations, accepts it in full.
X. Final Provisions
- The Service Provider is not responsible in any way, as far as allowed by applicable law, for content transmitted and published in the Service by Service Users, for their truthfulness, reliability, authenticity, or legal defects.
- The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the services of the Service are offered continuously. However, he is not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Users, third parties, or the activity of external automatic programs.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information placed in the Service at any time chosen by the Service Provider, without the necessity of prior notification of Service Users using the services of the Service.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, wholly or partly disable the Service in order to improve it, add services, or perform maintenance, without prior warning to the Service Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service, without prior warning to the Service Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to make a partial or complete assignment of all its rights and obligations related to the Service, without the consent and possibility of expressing any objections by the Service Users.
